Returns Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange only within 15 calendar days of receipt of your product(s).  If you wish to return a product for refund please contact us with request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Shipping fees for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. 3 year warranty

All products are covered by a full 3 year warranty.  If your product should fail within three years of purchase (obvious damage or abuse excluded), we will repair or replace the item as required.  For warranty issues, contact us to obtain an RMA#.

You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process / test your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair / replace and deliver your item  (5 to 10 business days).

All returns should be sent via a method that provides a tracking number (we recommend USPS / FedEx / UPS). We are not responsible for items that are lost which were shipped to us without a tracking number. 

Freight costs of returned items TO us are the responsibility of the customer.  We will return the repaired or replaced item at our cost.
